Her innovation and expertise during a down market allowed her to remain a top producing Realtor during tough times and to move properties and buyers into homes. She continues to stay educated and networks with the top Realtors in Houston to provide top notch service to her clients. Besides earning multiple awards with both RE/MAX and Keller Williams, Sherry obtained her brokers license 4 years ago, is a Graduate of Realtor Institute, Member of Institute of Luxury Home Marketing, member of Greater Houston Home Connection, and a Five Star Award Realtor in 2011. She is a proud member of the Houston Relocation Group and the International Women’s Association.

Seven years ago, I set out to offer a new standard of real estate and relocation in Houston, and I opened the doors of Energy Realty. My goal was to see a “sea of orange” real estate signs and to become the premier real estate company in the Energy Corridor.
I have always felt that we can only be true experts in a concentrated market, and I pride myself in learning everything that there is to know about the communities that we sell in so that we can offer the best advice and guidance to our clients.
We realize that a home is the largest purchase we make in our lifetimes (unless you purchase a yacht or an island) and the public needs a professional that is not only knowledgeable about the markets that we sell in, but also every aspect about buying and selling a home as well as home ownership.
I train every Energy Realty Agent to offer the same full service that I have been offering my clients for over 15 years, and we remain a resource, guide and friend long after the sale is complete. Our mission is to place our client’s interest above our own, and it shows in our client experience ratings.

My passion has always been in assisting clients relocating from other countries because I spent 3 years abroad in both Africa and France and I saw first hand what it is like to be an expatriate in another country. I want to make the transition to Houston a great experience for everyone I meet. My reputation as an experienced and trusted guide for expatriates spread and my business grew. Many of these clients have now bought and sold multiple homes with me and are some of my closet friends.
Now that almost 30 agents have joined the Energy Realty team, I continue to assist all my clients and their referrals first hand while grooming other agents from around the world who want to be true professionals in this business. I remain a supporting broker on the ground with my agents so that I can keep up with the constant changes in our industry.
Today, Realtors need to be innovative and creative marketers as well as great negotiators. Technology is changing expectations at a fast pace, and I stay on top of every change so that we continue to offer the best service to our clients. We don’t just put a sign in your yard and “list” your home on MLS, we market and network to put your home in front of as many potential buyers as we can reach, utilizing both new and old techniques in the industry.
