Paola is the kind of person who takes time to understand what someone needs before trying to solve the problem. Before becoming an agent, she worked in customer care, tech support, and life coaching. Different industries, but all centered on helping people - and each role shaped her ability to create a supportive, positive experience for those she represents.

As an active listener, Paola values making her clients feel heard and understood. She enjoys the search itself, learning what a client is looking for, paying attention to the details, and finding the home that checks the right boxes. One of her favorite parts of the job is seeing the excitement that comes with finding the right home.

Paola always keeps her clients’ best interests at the center of every decision. Empathetic and thoughtful, she prioritizes clear communication and strong negotiation - and never loses sight of each moment’s significance for her clients.

Born in Los Angeles and raised in Argentina, Paola moved to Houston nine years ago with her British husband and their two sons. Family remains at the center of her life. Most of her relatives still live in Argentina, while her sister, brother-in-law, and nephew live nearby in Houston, giving her strong connections to both places she calls home.

Outside of real estate, Paola enjoys hosting BBQs, reading, listening to music, playing games, and going to the beach. She also loves spending time with family and friends, as well as Charlie, the family’s Goldendoodle.
