Meet Lee

Moving isn’t just about finding a new place—it’s about adjusting to a new way of living. Lee Smalley knows this well. Originally from Glasgow, Scotland, she spent years relocating across Singapore, Australia, and Malaysia before settling in Houston. Her husband’s career in oil and gas meant frequent moves, giving her firsthand insight into the challenges of buying, selling, and transitioning to a new home.

With each move, she learned how to adapt quickly and navigate unfamiliar markets—experience that led her to help others do the same. In Singapore, she worked as a Relocation Consultant with Cartus, guiding expats through home searches and orientation programs. In Malaysia, she ran a community hub for newcomers, connecting them with resources and support..

Now, after a decade in Houston, Lee combines personal experience with professional expertise to guide her clients through every stage of a move—whether they’re buying, selling, or relocating. She’s just as adept at helping sellers as buyers, using her extensive network and sharp instincts to market their homes, attract the right buyers, and negotiate the best possible deal..

A two-time Top Producer (2019 & 2020) and Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE), she is known for her integrity, clear communication, and strategic approach, ensuring clients always know their options and next steps.

Lee enjoys meeting new people and building connections, both in her work and in her personal life. When she’s not helping buyers, sellers, and renters, she loves traveling, spending time with friends, and playing in her regular Bunco group. At home, she enjoys life with her husband and their two mini doodles.
