Terry Hershey Park runs east-west along the banks of the Buffalo Bayou and backs up to both Yorkshire and Wilchester West neighborhoods.  It provides more than 12 miles of trail from Barker Dam near Hwy 6 to Beltway 8.  THP offers restrooms, exercise stations, a playground and places to picnic. If you want to extend your trip, it connects to George Bush Park adding another 11 miles of hiking and biking trails.
