John Cardona has watched Houston’s Energy Corridor rise. The horse stables and undeveloped land that were common sights when he moved to the area in the early 1990s have transformed into fast-growing neighborhoods and revamped Town and Country into CityCentre. John navigates the city effortlessly and prides himself on knowing Houston and its surrounding metropolitan area — from The Woodlands to Galveston — inside and out.
As a child, John moved to Houston from Colombia, and he remembers his dad driving the family around River Oaks to look at mansions and further afield to marvel at rural estates. After attending the University of Houston and accomplishing a 15-year career in the oil and gas industry, John’s passion for real estate was rekindled by a minor obsession with HGTV. He was able to make the shift to becoming a licensed sales agent with the help of his supportive wife.
Driven by his dedication to helping others navigate the complex home sale and purchase processes, John is always available to assist clients with any needs that arise. In his spare time, John is a car enthusiast who loves mountain biking and spending time with his wife and three boys. He also coaches soccer and basketball at St. John Paul II Catholic School.
