Meet Sattar
Sattar Sobhani goes above and beyond for his clients. A licensed engineer in Texas with a background in property rehabilitation and reconstruction, Sattar decided to establish a new career in real estate sales after his exciting move to Houston was tainted by a disappointing experience with an agent. Upon completing his own research into real estate law, Sattar immediately recognized that he could provide much better services for his potential clientele.
Driven by a passion for helping people, Sattar specializes in working with first-time buyers and adds value to his services by helping clients fill out mortgage paperwork to finance the transaction. Post-close, clients are often thrilled to continue working with Sattar on renovations, as he is both a contractor and an interior designer. Sattar loves managing small projects and is motivated to work with clients on building their dream home.
When he’s not working, Sattar enjoys reading, watching movies, and participating in anything that takes him outdoors.
